Ms. Nesteruk is a Licensed Acupuncturist and is nationally board certified by the NCCAOM (the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine). Ms. Nesteruk is a graduate of the New York College of Holistic Professions in Syosset, where she earned her Masters Degree in Tradition Chinese Medicine (TCM).
In practice since 1999, Donna is certified in Sound Healing by both Dr. John Beaulieu and Jonathan Goldman. Donna has studied tuning fork therapy under Dr. John Beaulieu, and is also a practitioner of Acutonics, Planetary Tuning Fork Therapy.
Acutonics is a vibrational healing modality which uses Tuning Forks calibrated to Universal Frequencies. It is a system developed by acupuncturists, which uses the meridian system of TCM for treatment.
Ms. Nesteruk is one of very few practitioners who is experienced in using acutonics and vibrational therapy, and offers her patients a healing experience that can offer both needles or needle-free treatments for those patients who prefer not to use needles.
Ms. Nesteruk has a warm, gentle energy, and is very in tune with how to nurture the body's own vitality to heal itself.
