In the state of New York, all practitioners of Inner Source Natural Health advise each patient to consult with a licensed physician for appropriate diagnosis and treatment of a medical condition.

In the state of Washington, Drs. Bongiorno, LoGiudice and Williams are licensed naturopathic doctors. In the state of Vermont, Dr. Bleakney is a licensed naturopathic doctor and acts solely as a health consultant in New York State. In New York State, Drs. Bongiorno, LoGiudice, Williams, and Bleakney as well as Ms. Hewett and Ms. Nesteruk are not licensed physicians; the former, with the exception Dr. Bleakney, practice solely as licensed acupuncturists under New York Education Law 8211.
